I feel like giving away a Conduct the Juices hoodie so here is a trivia contest about my friend AJizzleWizzle. If you’re like my mom and are asking “what is a jizzle wizzle?” I’ll help you a little. You may know him as Andy Three-Names, AJW, Tan Mitts, the Bridesmaid, or simply Andy Jones hyphen Wilkins. You know, the guy who recently got schooled by Soderlund on this blog. Now you know who I’m talking about? Yeah, Mr Wizzle.
Answers to these questions must be submitted as comments to this post. 5 points for each question to the first person who answers them correctly. 10 points for the extra credit. Contest ends at noon PDT on April 1. Person with the most points gets a hoodie. Everybody is eligible, even Mr Wizzle himself. If it’s close I may give second place a t-shirt.
1. How many 100 mile races has Mr Wizzle completed?
2. How many times has he been second place in 100 mile races?
3. There is a runner in Eugene, OR who used to date Mrs Wizzle in high school. What is his name?
4. Who is the first person to give him the moniker “The Bridesmaid?”
5. Who does he consider his 100 mile mentor?
6. How many kids does he have? (that his wife knows about)
7. What’s his marathon PR?
8. How many beers does he drink the night before WS?

@AJW – That’s just pathetic AJW. I had to beat your ass at WTC to get a hoodie, and all you had to do was be sober enough to count your kids. How much did you pay LB?
Well, it looks like Cougarbait is the only one to get a question right, #10. And that was in the form of a question!
@Meghan – I wouldn’t assume that Mr Wizzle has won the contest. In fact, at least one of the answers he provided is wrong.
I stand corrected!!!!
Andy’s marathon PR is faster than mine…Who knew??!!
However, his marathon PR is still slower than my 13 year old daughter’s 800 meter time.
Mr Wizzle,
While we got all the attention on you, perhaps you can explain your last name(s). Specifically, what was your maiden name and how did you end up with a hyphen? And did you think about the possibility of one of your boys marrying somebody with a hyphenated name and changing his name to a hyphenated combination with his new wife or naming his kid with the hyphenated combination? For example, if Carson marries Henrietta Wiggly-Johnson, they have a boy named Sue, and decide to name him:
Sue Jones-Wilkins-Wiggly-Johnson or
Sue Wiggly-Johnson-Jones-Wilkins
Or perhaps they get real creative and move the names around to get something like this:
Sue Wiggly-Wilkins-Johnson-Jones or
Sue Jones-Johnson-Wiggly-Wilkins
I’m curious because I can’t find a 2:38 marathon result for Andy Jones-Wilkins.
He doesn’t need to explain it. Everyone knows that hyphenated last names are a tradition in the female Hispanic community.
or
Sue – Kin’s Wig es Jon John Son Wil
LB,
My original last name was Wilkins and Shelly’s was Jones. We simply combined them. The boys don’t have middle names so they can figure out whatever the heck they want to do when (and if) they get married. As for the 2:38 marathon I’m not sure you’ll find that anywhere. Time to go running. It is 88 days ’til the Dance after all.
Jiz
Just checking, do I get a hoodie?
@Meghan – If, as Jizzle says, this is the best post ever, then yours is by far the best response ever!
